I updated my Panda product from Global Protection 2015 to the same product but the newer version, 2016. So a quick run down on the steps taken, After down loading the 2016 version and using the uninstaller to uninstall the 2015 version I'm asked to put in the product key and validate which it does and it down loads the updated malware files as expected. On completion it opens to a first time user screen then hangs for about 5 seconds then closes and the crash report pops up. I've rebooted and tried again and I've also uninstalled 2016 and reinstalled with the same report being generated after opening.
